ECG Mastery ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is a clinical reference and training application for emergency medicine and cardiology education. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to operate the App:

• Account email address. When you create an account, we ask for your email address. This is used to identify your account, manage your subscription, and send you important account-related communications (such as billing confirmations or password resets).

We do not collect your name, phone number, location, or any other personal identifier beyond your email address.

2. Patient Data

ECG Mastery does not collect, store, transmit, or process any patient health information of any kind. The App does not allow users to upload, enter, or submit any patient-related data, images, notes, or records.

All ECG tracings, case scenarios, and clinical images displayed within the App are synthetic and were created by our clinical content team for educational purposes. They are not derived from, or linked to, any real patient. The App is a self-contained educational reference tool and is not connected to any electronic health record (EHR) system, hospital network, or patient database.

3. Payment Information

Subscription purchases (Monthly, 3-Month, and 6-Month plans) are processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect, see, or store your payment card details, billing address, or any other payment information — this is handled directly by Google in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service and Google's own privacy practices.

4. Third-Party Services

ECG Mastery does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. We do not run ads in the App, and we do not share, sell, or transmit any usage data to external advertising or analytics networks.

5. On-Device Storage & Offline Access

To support offline use, educational content (the ECG library, order sets, and drug reference) is cached locally on your device. This cached content stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third party.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account email for as long as your account remains active. If you wish to delete your account and associated email address, you may contact us using the channels below and we will process your request within a reasonable time.

7. Children's Privacy

ECG Mastery is intended for use by healthcare professionals, residents, and medical trainees. It is not directed at, or intended for use by, children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal/regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
